In contrast to the cot bed PRESTIGE, the Model II contains long lattice bars, with 2 panels included for conversion into a junior bed or couch. Impressed by its ingenious concept. It has been thoughtfully crafted to fit all stages of your child's life and is easily convertible into various pieces of furniture:

Especially in the first few months you want to be close to your baby. You can convert the cot "PRESTIGE" to a bedside crib by attaching the slatted frame at the highest or middle level (depending on the height of the parents bed), using the screws provided and removing one of the side lattices. Due to the specially designed construction, the slatted frame is fixed by limitations in the frame-construction and can not fall out by itself. The mattress is placed on the slatted frame. The height of the slatted base should be chosen so that the mattress of the baby bed is "held" by the parental bed.
Baby bed / cot 70x140 cm
The height of the slatted base in the cot "PRESTIGE" can be adjusted in 3 heights. As soon as your baby can turn on its own, the middle position should be chosen. If your baby can then sit upright, the lowest position of the slatted base should be set. This cot is used until the child can independently get out of a cot and get back in. Then it's time to convert the baby bed into a junior bed.
Junior bed 70x140 cm
The baby bed can be quickly and easily converted into a junior bed by removing both side rails, mounting the two panels supplied and setting the slatted frame to the middle or lowest level. Depending on the level, the mattress then closes below or above the side edge of the junior bed.
This gives your child a lot of freedom when sleeping and can easily get used to a normal bed. In case you chose the middle position for the junior bed, you will need additional protective rails which you can order separately.
2-seater couch
Every child grows and sometimes faster than you think ... But where to put the baby bed if the child is already too big to sleep in?
You can then convert the junior bed "ROYAL" to a 2-seater couch. Put the slatted frame in the middle position, remove a panel and put a side rail back on.
The mattress is held by the edge of the side panel and prevented from sliding out.
The slatted frame is handmade of real wood, stable and suitable for 2 people to sit. So you have a place for reading books with your child ...not always playing on the bed. You can complete this with a large canopy to make this one a dreamy place...
Slatted frame
It is made of 100% solid wood and thanks to the large gaps between the rails, the air can circulate very well, which is very important for a healthy sleep of your baby. You can adjust the slatted frame in 3 positions in height. Thanks to the solid screws and the metal thread incorporated in the walls of the cot, the screws grip and offer a safe sllep. This gives the already very solid baby bed an extra stability.

The furnitures of "LUI e LEI" are finished with a specially selected 2-component PA varnish (2 components poly-acrylic) which is coated in 4 layers. This special varnish offers many essential properties, which are particularly suitable for baby and children's furniture - with very good mechanical and chemical resistance & excellent light resistance. On the surface of the varnish forms a very dense layer of tiny particles that stick to each other like magnets - so tight that nothing can come between them. This paint is also used in the manufacture of children's toys.
